Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, a developer, manufacturer, and supplier of precision seals, bearings, and custom-molded polymer components, has promoted Michelle Esterline to Regional Controller for the North America Global Operations Engineering Plastics (GOEP) sites.

As Regional North America GOEP Controller, Esterline will be responsible for acquisitions, as well as the alignment and collaboration of Trelleborg manufacturing facilities.

“Michelle is a seasoned controller who helps drive profitably improvement projects and cost standardization. I’m confident she will succeed in her new position,” said Bo Haugsted, Trelleborg Financial Director, GOEP Plastics.

Esterline has been with Trelleborg for four years, leading accounting and purchasing teams, while taking on special assignments and additional roles within the company.

Prior to joining Trelleborg, Esterline worked with LSC Communications and RR Donnelley in Kendallville, Ind. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan in Marion, Ind., with a Graduate Certificate in Accounting.
