Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, a leading developer, manufacturer, and supplier of precision seals, bearings and custom-molded polymer components, has hired Alex Nunez as Customer Success Advocate for its Customer Solution Center in Fresno, Calif.
Nunez will work one-on-one with customers daily to build strong partnerships and improve client retention. He will provide first-rate customer service to drive efficiency and growth.
“With the large number of customers we support, it is important to have someone like Alex on our team who can effectively respond to and find solutions for customer concerns,” said Erin Coon, Customer Success Manager for Trelleborg.
Nunez comes from NCR, where he served as a customer engineer. He previously worked in retail management and has a strong customer experience background. Nunez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
