Trelleborg Sealing Solutions will exhibit advanced solutions for heavy equipment at CONEXPO-CON/AGG in Las Vegas, Nevada, US, from March 3 to 7, 2026, at booth S82506.

According to Michael Cook, Global Segment Director Off-Highway, “CONEXPO-CON/AGG is the perfect platform to showcase Trelleborg’s innovative sealing solutions for hydraulics and powertrain applications. We’re excited to connect with industry leaders and demonstrate how our advanced technologies are driving efficiency, durability and sustainability in demanding environments today and into the future.”

Featured at the show are the new Stefa Cassette seals designed for tractors, construction equipment and heavy-duty vehicles. They integrate multiple sealing lips, a protective metal casing and an internal sleeve to create a robust barrier against contaminants while retaining lubricants.

“Off-highway equipment faces mud, water and abrasive debris that can destroy conventional seals. Our Stefa Cassette seals provide robust protection in these environments,” Cook added. “By combining advanced sealing technology with durability and ease of installation, we’re helping customers reduce downtime and extend service life.”

Attendees can also learn about Trelleborg’s solutions for hydraulic applications. “Hydraulic systems typically use a complex configuration of high-performance seals,” Cook said. “Our product range includes seals and wipers designed for hydraulic cylinders such as the Zurcon polyurethane U-Cup RU9, O-Ring Energized Zurcon Glyd Ring D and Zurcon Scraper DA24.”

Trelleborg’s HMF17 FlatSeal flat gasket materials that help prevent leaks in off-highway equipment will be on display. They demonstrate high compressibility and excellent adaptability, even at low surface pressures. Their unique composition allows them to flow into the microscopic valleys and voids of a flange or other mating surface, effectively eliminating potential leak paths that traditional gaskets might leave open. This ability to conform ensures a tighter, more durable seal from installation.

Trelleborg’s H2Pro range of sealing materials for the next generation of off-highway equipment will also be on display, including a new ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber for high-pressure hydrogen environments across a wide range of temperatures, and a unique thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) for very low temperatures.

James Simpson, Global Segment Director Energy, added, “Hydrogen has a major role to play in the transition to a carbon neutral world, both as a fuel source and as a storage medium for surplus energy from renewable sources. Due to its inherent characteristics, hydrogen is difficult to seal. The expanding H2Pro range, engineered by our advanced global R&D teams, offers reliable sealing solutions for a wide array of off-highway applications including pumps, valves and connectors.”

Trelleborg will also showcase its Stefa High-Performance Radial Shaft Seals. The portfolio is designed for modern industrial environments characterized by high-volume production, 24/7 manufacturing, rapid machinery movement and the necessity to minimize downtime and cost while maximizing operational efficiency.

“The Stefa High-Performance Seals are proven to outperform conventional rotary seals,” said Inderjeet Singh, Global Product Line Director Rotary Seals. “They provide customers with efficient, durable solutions to the extreme duty cycles, higher speeds and challenging operating conditions of today’s rotary sealing systems used in off-highway equipment.”

Other highlights at the show include Trelleborg’s high-performance thermoplastic solutions, advanced composite materials, mechanical face seals, silicone products and conductive materials.
