Python Sleeves + Covers, a brand of Suburban Manufacturing Group, has introduced the Sidewinder fixed-temperature drum heater. The new product offers a plug-and-play option for maintaining consistent material temperatures throughout the year, including during colder seasons.
In industrial settings, maintaining raw materials at the correct temperature is important for consistent operations. The Sidewinder fixed temperature drum heater, originally developed for the spray foam industry, is suitable for a variety of applications. It provides steady temperature control, helping protect materials and reduce the need for frequent monitoring.
The heater is offered in two fixed temperature settings, 80°F and 100°F, allowing users to choose the option that matches their process requirements. In addition, the product can be custom branded with customer logos, offering companies the ability to align the drum heaters with their brand identity.
The new fixed temp drum heater complements Python’s existing adjustable drum heater with a controller, giving customers flexibility to choose between precise temperature control or fixed-temperature convenience depending on their application needs and personal preference.
