Registration is now open for the upcoming Detroit Regional Meeting of the National Fluid Power Association. These meetings are free of charge and a great opportunity for networking with other fluid power professionals.

NFPA’s Regional Meetings are returning to Detroit, Michigan, for a breakfast meeting on Thursday, April 19, 2018. This meeting will feature a special guest presenter, Tom Kennedy, President and Founder of MadsenArcher Consulting, Inc., who will be presenting “Attracting, Engaging and Growing Talent.”
Tom has more than 40 years of experience in leadership development and human resources management. He has led the human resources function in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations and has been a senior leader in companies through start-up, survival, turnaround, and growth modes.
Tom Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. His professional certification includes: DiSC Behavioral Assessment Certification; 360 Suite, Center for Creative Leadership; Supervision (Zenger-Miller); Managing Human Performance (Assessment Designs), and Targeted Selection (DDI). Tom is an active volunteer in both professional and community-based organizations. Additionally, he has been a keynote speaker to various audiences throughout North America.
