Particle monitor for real-time analysis

The redesigned Stauff LPM-II-plus particle monitor is an optical particle counter with high-performance LEDs that automatically detects the degree of contamination of hydraulic fluids and determines particle sizes in compliance with ISO 4406, NAS 1638, AS 4059E and ISO 11218 standards.

Stauff’s LPM-II-plus particle monitor automatically detects the degree of contamination in hydraulic fluids.

It is for continuous measurement or analysis in industrial systems operating to pressures of 6.100 psi (420 bar).

The LPM-II-plus can be used as a stand-alone unit with internal memory for 4,000 measurements, networked to a PC or PLC system control, or operated in parallel by a remote display unit. Depending on the model, the LPM-II-plus is also available with a water-in-oil sensor and temperature sensor.
