Cleanova is a new entrant in the industrial filtration sector with a fresh approach to delivering a cleaner future. Comprising four established brands – Airpel, Dollinger, Plenty and Vokes – the company has been established to provide innovative filtration solutions that allow customers to sustain their industrial processes and protect the environment by increasing efficiency, reducing emissions, and minimizing waste. Vokes filtration solutions can be used ini hydraulic systems.

Javaid Riaz, CEO of Cleanova, outlined their business philosophy: “The filtration sector is currently dominated by very large corporations. Cleanova has the agility and enterprise of a new entrant to the market combined with the experience and proven technology that are intrinsic to our brands. This means we are very approachable and responsive, enabling customers to speak directly to an expert who can understand and resolve their filtration challenge.

“We aim to play to these strengths and will only focus on projects where we can add significant value. We’re not here to simply sell equipment and walk away, we’re here to build long term relationships and act as an advisor that customers can trust at every stage of their filtration journey. Our agility and commitment to fostering enduring partnerships with customers, coupled with a total filtration offering, gives us a true competitive edge.”

Asked what Cleanova’s first priorities as a new entrant in the industrial filtration sector will be, Javaid Riaz explained: “Our immediate focus is to establish the Cleanova name in the market. We want to consolidate our relationships with existing customers, while ensuring that potential new customers understand our proposition.

“There is huge value in our four filtration brands already, but Cleanova adds a fresh dimension in terms of our approach, our levels of service and our ability to offer end-to-end filtration solutions. These include high capacity systems and liquid-liquid filtration, plus full lifecycle support through our unique service CleanovaCARE. We are also planning to add a rental filtration service towards the end of Year 1, which will open up the benefits of Cleanova technology and services to an even broader customer base.”

With key sites in the US, UK, Ireland and India, Cleanova already has a global presence and a solid customer base from which to grow. It also has strong financial backing from its owners, pan-European private equity firm Px3 Partners (Px3), who formed the company following the sale by Celeros Flow Technology of its Filtration division in October last year.

Cleanova combines fresh thinking with proven filtration technology brands, with the overall aim of enabling clean environments by providing innovative filtration solutions. The aim with each filtration system Cleanova designs is to not only surpass the customer’s expectations around performance and cost, but also to contribute to a cleaner tomorrow.
Cleanova currently employs around 320 people across four manufacturing sites, plus sales and service centres in the US, UK and Ireland, India and the Middle East.
