MP Filtri highlights updated in-line contamination monitor at IFPE

MP-Filtri-ICM-2MP Filtri has launched its new ICM-2.0 in-line contamination monitor at IFPE, to allow users to automatically measure and display particulate contamination, moisture and temperature levels in various hydraulic fluids.

Company representatives told me that the newest features of this model include the ability to download data via a USB stick with new USB port as well as a second data port on the bottom. This second port allows users to transfer data and keep the system running without having to disconnect the power.

It is designed to be mounted directly to systems, where ongoing measurements or analysis is required and where space and costs are limited.

It features an 8-channel contamination measurement and display, and measures the following standard formats: ISO 4406:1999, NAS 1638, and AS 4059E.

It offers manual, automatic and remote control flexibility and data logging and 4000 test results memory.

The ICM-2.0 is rated for maximum pressures to 420 bar and is rated to IP65/67. It comes standard with 4-20 mA analog output.
