The MDM line of 11 MPa (110 bar) medium pressure inline filters feature port sizes of 1/2-in., flow rates from 8 to 75 lpm. They have a maximum working pressure of 11 MPa, a maximum testing pressure of 16 MPa (160 bar) and a bursting pressure of 30 MPa (300 bar).

Other features include:

Fatigue test: 0 – 9 MPa (90 bar) / 1,000,000 cycles
Working temperature: -25° C to 110° C
Bypass valve: ∆p 600 kPa (6 bar) ± 10%
Filter element collapse pressure: standard: ∆p 8 MPa (80 bar) except CD-CV series ∆p 2 MPa (20 bar)

Head and bowl material is anodized aluminium, seals are standard NBR or on request FKM. Compatibility (ISO 2943) fully with fluids: HH-HL-HM-HV-HTG (according to ISO 6743/4). For other fluids, contact the company.

All tests performed according to the following standards:
ISO 2941: Element collapse resistance test
ISO 2942: Production integrity test
ISO 2943: Fluids compatibility
ISO 3723: End load test method
ISO 3724: Flow fatigue resistance method
ISO 3968: Pressure drop versus ow rate
ISO 16889: Multipass test.
