Suction strainers available for as soon as next-day delivery

The Specialty Manufacturing Co. has announced that its entire offering of suction strainers is available immediately, with all orders shipping in just two weeks and many popular sizes as fast as next day. Suction strainers provide protection in liquid or air applications by trapping debris before it can enter and damage the pump.

Specialty Manufacturing Co suction strainersMade in the USA, Specialty Manufacturing Co. suction strainers  — also commonly referred to as sump strainers– feature type 304 stainless steel mesh sizes from 4 to 100 with a 1/8 to 3 in. Nylon NPT base. These strainers are rated for continuous use up to 200°F, and custom mesh sizes are available.

“Specialty Manufacturing Co. suction strainers are most commonly used in hydraulic applications but can protect pumps from damage by the ingress of foreign debris in any application involving air or liquid media,” said Scott Rische, valve sales manager. “Additionally, Specialty Manufacturing Co. suction strainers are available from order in 2 weeks with many of our popular sizes shipping the very next day.”
